Obituary

William C. Maguire passed away on December 1, 2008. He was 61 years old.

Born in Boston, William grew up in Charlestown and was a resident of Melrose for over 20 years. He was married to Michelle Dore, his loving wife of 39 years and was a devoted foster parent.

William was the son of the late James and Josephine Maguire. He was the loving father of Holly Vokey, Carole Morrison, Jennifer Maguire, Rebecca Maguire, Claudia Maguire and William Maguire. William was the dear brother of Pat Loonsfoot, Jane Caralis, MaryJo O'Connor and James, Daniel, Thomas, Gerard and Vincent Maguire. He was the cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday, December 5th at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 46 Myrtle Street, Melrose at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday, December 4th from 4-8 p.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
