Obituary

William (Bill) L. Cullen, Jr. of Wakefield, MA, passed away on September 4, 2023. He was 90 years old.

Bill was born and raised in Malden and enlisted in the US Marine Corps in 1951, serving for 3 years. He worked for several years as an industrial engineer and later in life worked for the Internal Revenue Service. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed country rides.

Bill was the husband of the late Denise (Sullivan) Cullen. He was father of Cheryl Cabral and her husband, Victor of Beverly, MA, Michael Cullen and his wife, Susan of Effort PA, David Cullen and his wife, Marisa of Reidsville, NC and Christopher Cullen of Chambersburg, PA. He was stepfather to Theresa Whitaker, Lewis Whitaker, the late Sharon Gillingham and the late Kevin Whitaker. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Catherine Cullen. Bill was the brother of the late Barbara Linnell and uncle to Lisa Linnell and the late Brianne Linnell and Andrea Linnell. He was the cherished grandfather to many.
