Obituary

Virginia M. "Ginger" (Finnegan) Zampitella, formerly of Medford, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2021. She was 82 years old.

Virginia was the wife of the late Richard P. Zampitella. She was the mother of George Nee. Virginia was the loving step- mother of William Zampitella and his wife Maria of Malden, Paula Phenix and her husband Robert of Tewksbury, Richard Zampitella Jr. and his wife Tracy of Tewksbury and Christine Gori and her husband Jason of Wakefield. She was the sister of the late William J. Finnegan and his surviving wife Gail and their daughters Darcie DiGrazia and her husband Joel and Amanda Delmonico and her husband Ray. Virginia was the step grandmother of Matthew, Michael, Lindsay, Andrew, Zachary and Eathan. She is also survived by grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake St., Peabody on Saturday March 20th at 12:00pm.
