Payne, Ruth E. (Cuddy), age 81, of Melrose passed away on Sept. 2, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family, due to ongoing health issues.
She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Vito and her husband Ralph of Melrose, her sister Paula O'Connor and her husband John of Salem, NH, and her grandchildren Nicholas Vito and Alexandra Vito both of Melrose.
