Obituary

Robert W. Clemente, a former resident of Malden, Reading and Arizona, passed away peacefully at the Blueberry Hill Nursing Home in Beverly with support from family and friends on December 6, 2023. He was 88 years old.

Robert was a letter carrier for the United States Postal service and then went on to be a Metropolitan District Commission Police Officer. Upon retirement he moved to Arizona for a while before returning back to Reading.

Robert was the former husband of Claire Morgan. He was the loving father of Terry Clemente and Robert W. Clemente Jr. Robert was the brother of the late Gerald Clemente and Richard Clemente. He was the grandfather of Salvatore Clemente and his wife Meghan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday December 15th from 5:00pm-8:00pm. A service will be held at 7:30pm during the visitation. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
