Obituary

Richard F. (Dickie) Cavanaugh passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2013. He was 57 years old.

Richard was born on January 8th, 1956. He graduated from Malden High School and was a longtime resident of Malden before moving to Billerica. He was employed within the water filtration industry, was an avid fisherman and an active member of Ring's Island Marina in Salisbury, MA.

Richard was the beloved father of Ryan Doucet of Malden. He was the loving son of Marguerite (Cavanaugh) Zachary of Billerica and the late John F. Cavanaugh. He also leaves the love of his life Robin LaPierre Cuozzo. Richard was the dear brother of John and Kathleen Cavanaugh and the late Robert Cavanaugh of Tewksbury and Brian Cavanaugh of Billerica. He is also survived by a nephew, John Cavanaugh and his wife Christine, his step-sisters Joan Palmer and Jane Noble and his niece/godchild Katie Cavanaugh.

Relatives and friends are more than welcome to join us in a memorial mass at St. Andrews Parish located at 45 Talbot Ave. in North Billerica at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22nd followed by a celebration of his life at The Billerica Lodge of Elks, 14 Webb Brook Road, Billerica.
