Obituary

Rena A. (Burnell) Dillon of Malden passed away on January 16, 2007 at the age of 64. She was born in Winchester and had been a resident of Malden for the past 19 years. Rena worked for the City of Malden as a Crossing Guard, mostly at the Linden School. Also, she and her husband were foster parents for several children for 12 years and adopted one of them. Rena is survived by her husband Daniel Dillon of Malden and her children Nadine Connelly, Gordon Connelly, Dawn Connelly and William Dillon. She was the sister of Tina, Chris, Arthur, Timothy, Tommy, George, Virginia, Vivian, Mellanie, Mary Ellen, Diane and Gregory Chopelas and the late Steven, Cynthia, Stephanie and Lester Burnell. Visiting hours will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Tuesday January 23rd from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. A service will be held during visitation at 12:00 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
