Raffaele "Ralph" Martone, born January 1, 1930, in San Nicolo, Baronia, Italy, embraced a life rich in passion and dedication. Known for his love of gardening and golf, Ralph found joy in cooking and treasured moments spent with his family. A master tailor, he shared his craft by teaching clothing design at Boston's School of Fashion Design.

Ralph served honorably in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and extended his commitment to his country through civilian service with the Department of Defense for over three decades. His expertise in textiles saw him volunteer for duty in Vietnam in the late 1960s.

He is lovingly remembered by his sons, Patrick (with wife Denise) of Fort Myers, FL; Gerald (with girlfriend Triin) of Anchorage, AK; and Stephen (with wife Liza) of Nashua, NH. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Nicholas, Andrew, Brian, and Tabitha. Ralph is reunited with his beloved wife, Gina, who passed on December 10, 2021, and his son, David, who preceded him in February 2001.

Funeral from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday September 14th at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Ralph's life at Saint Joseph's Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00pm-6:00pm.

Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
