Obituary

Phong Pham, of Peabody passed away on September 28, 2014 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. He was 61 years old.

Phong was the devoyed husband of Xuan Thi Pham. He was the beloved father of Uyen Pham and her husband Michael Schwartz of Hawaii, Linda Schrijn and her husband David of California, Phillip Pham of Boston and Anthony Pham of Peabody. Phong was the cherished grandfather of Henry Pham Schwartz.

The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday October 4th at 8:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Friday October 3rd from 4:30p.m.-8:30p.m.

Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden
