Obituary

Patricia "Pat" Vasquez, born May 9, 1941 in Oklahoma City, formerly of Malden and most recently of North Andover, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 3rd.

Beloved wife of the late Anerio "Charlie" Vasquez, with whom she shared a devoted marriage of nearly 50 years. They were married on September 10, 1961, and together they built a beautiful life centered on faith, family, and love.

They spent many joyful years as "snow birds" at their beloved vacation home in North Fort Myers, Florida, where they created lasting memories with friends and family.

Loving mother of Linda Walker & husband David of North Andover, Pamela Brennan & husband Scott of Kingston, NH, James Vasquez & wife Robin of Saugus, Patricia McDonald & husband Robert of Haverhill, and Charles Vasquez & wife Julie of Haverhill. Cherished grandmother, "Nana," of 10 grandchildren: David, Darren, Emily & husband Kenny, Ashley & partner Morgan, Danielle & fiancé Tyler, Courtney & boyfriend Zachary, Abigail & boyfriend Blake, Haleigh & boyfriend Jack, Zachary, and Zoey. Pat is also survived by her dear sister, Cheryl Schneider.

She was an avid reader and loved nothing more than a good book and a winning game of Yahtzee. Above all else, Pat adored her family—her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life.

Visitation will be held at A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday August 7th from 8:30am-9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Pat's life at Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
