Obituary

Maureen Ann Mahoney, of Medford and formerly a longtime resident of Somerville passed away on January 2, 2016. She was 54 years old.

Maureen was the loving companion of John Rivera. She was the daughter of Mary Mahoney. Maureen was the beloved mother of Matthew Mahoney of Medford, Jackie Rivera of Medford, and Jonathan Rivera of Malden. She was the sister of Rhonda Mahoney and Brenda Naughton. Maureen was the cherished grandmother of Ashley Rivera. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at the Immaculate Conception Church 600 Pleasant Street, Malden on Friday January 8th at 10:00a.m. Visiting hours will be held from the A.J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday January 7th from 4-8p.m. Interment will be private.
