Obituary

Mary R. (DeFranzo) Colangeli passed away on February 15, 2013. She was 86 years old.

A lifelong resident of Malden, Mary had lived in Melrose for the past few years. She worked for the Gillette Company for 25 years and prior to that she worked for Converse Rubber Factory in Malden.

Mary was the devoted wife of Frederick Colangeli and the beloved mother of Susan Caron and her husband Paul of Melrose. She was the dear sister of Mary was the cherished grandmother of Toni Marie Caron and Frederick Caron and great-grandmother of Emma Caron Titus and Shaylyn Olivia Titus.

The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday, February 20th at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Tuesday, February 19th from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
