Obituary

Mario J. "Marty" Leone Jr. passed away suddenly on December 25, 2011. He was 61 years old.

Mario was a lifelong resident of Malden. He worked for many years for the railroad and was an avid Boston sports fan.

Mario was the beloved son of Mario and Janet (Romeo) Leone. He was the loving brother of Salvatore Leone of Wilmington and the cherished uncle of Jennifer Leone. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday, December 30th at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday, December 29th from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
