Obituary

Marie D. Duval-Mompoint of Malden, passed away on March 3, 2022. She was 72 years old.

Marie was the beloved wife of Gerard Mompoint. She was the loving mother of Fritz Mompoint and his wife Emilie Mompoint, Marline Mompoint-Laurent and her husband Moise Laurent and Daphne Mompoint and her husband Nicolasky Joseph. Marie was the sister of Yvana Derival and Kesner Duval. She was the cherished grandmother of Bianca, Kerlin, Moline, Moses, Nicoli, Kyna, Noah, Marcus, Tristan, Carla, Klely and Frenel, and great grandmother of Rickhaella. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at the Missionary Church of the Haitian Community, 100 Temple Street, Somerville on Saturday March 12th from 9:00am-10:00am followed by a service starting at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday March 11th from 5-8pm.

Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
