Obituary

Malta Iannetti passed away peacefully at the Annemark Nursing Home in Revere on April 15, 2014. She was 89 years old.

Malta was the devoted wife of the late Antonio DiMarco. She was the beloved mother of Luigi DiMarco and his wife Mary-Anne of Saugus, Ugo DiMarco and his wife Anna Maria of Italy and the late Sergio DiMarco. Malta was the mother-in-law of Loredana DiMarco of Italy. She was the dear sister of Nicoletta DiPersio, Egina DiMarco, Armando Iannetti, and the late Yolanda DiMarco. Malta was the cherished grandmother of Antonio DiMarco, Roberto DiMarco, Marianna Cavuoto, Anita Ales, Christian DiMarco, Danilo DiMarco, Francesca DiMarco and Paolo DiMarco. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Tuesday, April 22nd at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Joseph's Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Monday, April 21st from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be in Italy at a later date.
