Obituary

Dr. Leonard F. Mirabele, D.D.S- of Medford, passed away suddenly on July 14, 2018. He was 87 years old.

Leonard operated his dental practice in Medford square for over 50 years. He was a member of the Mass Dental Society and loved his Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics.

Leonard was the beloved husband of 54 years to Janice P. (Ricciardone) Mirabele. He was the loving father of Leonard M. Mirabele of Medford. Leonard was the brother of Virginia Sindoni of Pacific Beach, CA and her late husband Armond, and brother in law of the late Bernard Ricciardone. He was the dear uncle of Christopher and Joseph Sindoni, Noelle B. Ricciardone and the late Gina Sindoni. He is also survived by his longtime friends, Dr. Joseph Giovino and his wife Barbara of Stoneham.

Funeral from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday July 18th at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8PM. Interment will be private.
