Kettely Cazeau

It is with great sadness that the family of Kettely Cazeau announces her passing, suddenly, on December 11, 2019, at the age of 62.
Kettely was born April 5th, 1957 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti to Lilian (Joseph) and Nathan Maceus. In 1987 she moved to the United States.
Kettely lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures of spending time with her family, friends and beloved children and grandchildren that were the joys of her life. Kettely traveled to her homeland country of Haiti every summer to spend time with her sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family. She had an uncanny ability to reach and effect people deeply and positively.
She is survived by her husband and life partner of 42 years, Chrisner (Willy) Cazeau, her three sisters (Gladys Casseus, Marie-Solange Joseph, & Marie-Michel Casseus) and brother (Peguy Bazile). Her beloved children (Betty Cazeau, Widlyne Cazeau, Wichly Cazeau, Evans Cazeau, Widly Cazeau, Peterson Cazeau & Kynly Cazeau) and 12 grandchildren.
Kettely will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews extended family, dear friends and co-workers.
She began her career as a CNA at Maristhill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center; where she assisted the elderly with medical needs as well as self-keeping. She worked at Maristhill for 25 years and continued her career in CNA at Woodbriar Health Center.
Family, friends and others whose lives Kettely touched are invited to a celebration of life that will be held on December 27th at Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main St., Malden, MA. Time: 5PM-9PM.
The service will be held on December 28th at Evangelical Haitian Church of Somerville with Pastor Fevier presiding; 400 High St., Medford, MA. Time: 9AM.
Followed by the burial at Oak Grove Cemetery 230 Playstead Rd, Medford, MA.
The repast will be held at Evangelical Haitian Church of Somerville 400 High St., Medford, MA.
