Obituary

Joseph S. DiDomizio passed away on October 24, 2010. He was 72 years old.

Born in Malden, Joseph was a lifelong resident of the city. He worked for Stop & Shop Co. for over 50 years as a produce manager. Joseph was a member of the Malden Eagles club and loved to go gambling at Foxwoods. He was also an avid fisherman and a U.S. Army National Guard Veteran.

Joseph was the devoted husband of Dottie "Louise" (Roos) DiDomizio, his wife of 48 years. He was the beloved father of Tony DiDomizio of NH, Christine DiDomizio of Malden and her companion Mark Cunha and Patricia Brown and her husband Paul of Andover. Joseph was the loving uncle of Julie and Jake Romaker of Ohio and the cherished grandfather of Tyler and Kari Brown.

The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday, October 28th at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Wednesday, October 27th from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
