Obituary

Jo-Anne B. (Mascis) Meo passed away on January 25, 2012. She was 77 years old.

A lifelong resident of Malden, Jo-Anne was a graduate of Malden High School. She owned and operated Medical Express Operators Transportation Co. in Malden for 25 years and was devoted to her family.

Jo-Anne was the devoted wife of the late Thomas Meo. She was the beloved mother of Thomas Meo and his partner Kirman Gonzalez of RI, Lawrence Meo of Newburyport, Tambrey Pinkham of Malden, James Meo of Billerica, Juliana LeDonne and her husband Michael of West Newbury and Joseph Meo of Malden. Jo-Anne was the dear sister of Robert Mascis and his wife Brenda of Florida and the cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday, January 30th from 4-8 p.m. A service will be held at 7:30 p.m. during the visitation. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
