Obituary

Ilda Teixeira passed away on December 10, 2017. She was 99 years old.

Ilda was the beloved wife of the late Bernarldino Barbosa-DaSilva. She was the loving mother of Josefina Santos, Manuel DaSilva, Domingos DaSilva, Irlando DaSilva, Maria Goncalves, Antonio DaSilva, Elvira DaSilva, and Jose Miguel DaSilva. She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Ilda's life will be held in Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 38 Oakes Street, Everett on Friday December 15th at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Please go directly to church. Visiting hours will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday from 5-9pm.

Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
Immediately following the interment the family would like to invite family and friends back to a gathering at the Somerville City Club, 20 Inner Belt Rd, Somerville from 12:00pm-4:00pm.
