Obituary

Helen E. Kushmerek, a longtime resident of Malden, passed away peacefully at home on October 17, 2018. She was 98 years old.

Helen was the daughter of the late Adam and Martha Kusmierczak. She was the beloved mother of Marsha Devaux and her husband Anthony of Grand Junction, CO. Helen was the sister of the late Walter, Edward, Leo, and Valentine Kushmerek, Lucy Rice, and Arlene McCarriston. She was the cherished grandmother of Michael and David Leehan, great grandmother of Elizabeth Leehan, and great great grandmother of Harley Leehan.

A graveside service will be held at Forest Dale Cemetery, 150 Forest St., Malden on Wednesday Oct. 24th at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Please gather inside the front gate of cemetery at 10:45am.
