Obituary

Gloria M. Henley passed on February 25, 2012 at Queen Ann Nursing Center in Hingham after a lengthy illness. She was 83 years old.

Born and raised in Revere, Gloria was a longtime resident of Malden and Melrose.

Gloria was married the late James Henley, her husband of 40 years. She was the beloved mother of Doreen McGregor and her husband Bruce of Weymouth and the late Kim Capen. Gloria was the sister of the late Mary Rockett, Jerry Beatrice, Frances Hare, Mildred Bernard, Catherine Sestito and Joseph D'Agosta. She was the cherished grandmother of Andrea Guanci, Rachel Buckley, Richard Stafford, Kristine Stafford and the late Kevin Stafford. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and one nephew.

Visitation will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Tuesday, February 28th from 9:00-10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
