Obituary

Florence M. Richard (Drover) died Friday July 13 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was 94. Born and raised in Chelsea she was the daughter of the late William and Florence (Bennett) Drover. Florence worked as a account analyst for Blue Cross and Blue Shield and was very proud of the fact that she worked her way up the ranks with hard work and determination. She was the loving mother of John J. Richard and his wife Carolyn of Orrington, ME and Robert W. Richard and his wife Patricia of Medford. Florence was the sister of the late Edna Fariole, Phyllis Medige and Lillian Veneziano. Her favorite thing in life was being the grandmother of Debbie Rouse, Daniel, Brian, Billy and Bobby Richard and Kerri Dalton, great grandmother of Katie Winter, Julia Richard and Bennett Dalton, and Lilianna Richard and great great grandmother of Ayla and Aiden Winter. A Funeral Service will be held in the A.J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main St., Malden on Friday July 20 at 11AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 9-11AM. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
