Obituary

Domenic A. DiGiantommaso passed away on January 6, 2008. He was 80 years old.

Born and raised in Malden, Domenic was a longtime resident of Everett. He was a former member of the Local 22 and worked as a foreman in the construction business. Domenic served in the U.S. Army as a Private 1st Class and was a member of the Italian American Citizens Club of Malden.

Domenic was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Burke) DiGiantommaso. He was the loving father of Richard DiGiantommaso and his fiance Joyce Ryan of North Reading, Dominic DiGiantommaso and his wife Jean of Plymouth and Debra DiGiantommaso of Everett. He was the dear brother of Mary Steed, Helen Gaetani, Concetta O'Malley, Mildred Caporale, Anne Burns, Gloria Hudson, Edward and Romeo DiGiantommaso and the late John, Thomas, Frank and Alfred DiGiantommaso, Teresa Bailey and Louise Spadafora. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday, January 10th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Wednesday, January 9th from 4-8 p.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
