Obituary

Derreck S. Carter passed away on January 19, 2023. He was 52 years old.

Derreck was Born and raised in Everett and a graduate of Everett High School. He was also a longtime resident of Randolph before moving to Tewksbury where he currently resided. Derreck was a man of many passions that included selling real estate, tax preparations and selling life insurance.

Derreck was the beloved son of Christine (Carter) Grimes. He was the loving brother of Tia Cooper and her husband Peter and Deanna Masse and her husband Brian, and cherished uncle of Amanda Cooper, Dillon Masse, Carter Masse and Madison Masse.

Visitation will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday January 28th from 1:00pm-3:00pm. A prayer service will be held at 2:30pm during the visitation. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
