Deborah Valentine of Malden, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Debbie’s greatest joy was her family, especially her three granddaughters, Aria, Liana, and Emerie. She loved being a grandmother and cherished every moment she could spend with them. She cared for them while their parents worked, made every effort to be there for their special events, and took great joy in celebrating holidays and showering them with thoughtful gifts. She also loved shopping and spending time with the people she loved most.

Debbie was generous, devoted, and unapologetically herself. She had a way of making the people she loved feel cared for, and her presence brought warmth to the lives of those around her.

She is survived by her longtime partner, Allan Plowman; her son, Brett Plowman; her daughters-in-law, Vanessa Plowman and Amanda Valentine; and her beloved granddaughters, Aria, Liana, and Emerie. She was predeceased by her son, Thomas Valentine.

Debbie will be deeply missed by the family who loved her and by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her family finds comfort in knowing that the love she gave so freely will live on through her son, her grandchildren, and the memories they will carry with them always.

Visiting hours will be held at A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday August 27th from 4:00pm-7:00pm, and again on Friday morning gathering at the funeral home from 9:00am-10:45am before leaving in procession to West parish Cemetery, Andover for her interment. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
