Obituary

Daniel "Peter" Gennette passed away on October 13, 2020. He was 79 years old.

A longtime resident of Malden, Peter was a Facilities Director for Spaulding Rehab for many years. He was also a coach for Malden National Little League.

Peter was the devoted husband of the late Rachel A. (Saraceni) Gennette. He was the loving father of Daniel Gennette and his wife Gianna, Patricia Willcox and her husband Frederick and Robert "Moose" Gennette and his wife Gina. He was the dear brother of William Gennetti and his wife Cathy, Barbara Gennetti, John Gennetti, Janice Owens and her husband Ray and David Gennetti and his wife Nancy. Peter was the cherished grandfather of Maximilian and Paul Gennette and Gillian, Aidan and Collin Willcox. He also leaves his grand-dog Deano and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Peter's life at the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden on Friday, October 16th at 10 am. Visitation will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden from 8-9 am Friday morning prior to the mass. Interment will be in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
