Obituary

Daniel L. "Danny" Donovan passed away on February 7, 2016. He was 68 years old.

Daniel was born in Somerville and grew up in Everett. He worked for Global Petroleum for many years. Daniel was an avid reader and loved going to the beach.

Daniel was the Beloved husband of the late Janet (Melanson) Donovan. He was the loving father of Maureen Ebaugh and her husband Glenn of Maryland and Dr. Katie Donovan of Everett. Daniel was the longtime companion of Jean Holden, and his adopted daughter Shauna Holden. He was the dear brother of Michael Donovan and his wife Mary Ann of Barnstable and the late Ann Marie Donovan. Daniel was the cherished grandfather of Nicole Cammarata and Zachary Metcalf. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A service will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday February 12th at 10:00a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday February 11th from 4-8p.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
