Obituary

Cueso P. "Phil" Cantone passed away on May 18, 2018. He was 99 years old.

Cueso was a lifelong resident of Medford and a United States Navy Veteran during WWII. He was a truck driver for Teamsters Local 25 for many years and a longtime member of the Medford VFW.

Cueso was the husband of the late Grace M. (Terrio) Cantone. He was the beloved father of John Cantone and his wife Flora of Medford, Philip Cantone and his wife Kathy of Abington, Sandra Tringale of Medford, Mary Silvestro of Medford and her companion David Courlang, Camille Cantone-Centerino of Melrose, Elisa Cantone of Revere, Diane Champigny and her husband Michael of Barre, MA, Jinarra Cantone of Medford and the late Loreen Cantone. Cueso was the brother of the late Salvatore Cantone, Joseph Cantone, Charles Cantone, and Mario Cantone. He is also survived by 5 generations of grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday May 23rd at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment of ashes will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
