Obituary

Corinne J. (Aretusi) Forgione passed away on April 9, 2011. She was 81 years old.

Born in Malden, Corinne was raised in Everett. She later moved to Wakefield where she had resided for the past 79 years. Corinne and her late husband Joseph operated Forgione's Market in Malden, for many years.

Corinne was the devoted wife of the late Joseph A. Forgione and the beloved mother of Corinne Biberger of Reading and the late Beverly McGrann. She was the dear mother in-law to Martin McGrann of Canton and the sister of Mary Bell of Florida and the late Barbara Rizza. Corinne is the loving sister in-law to Charles Rizza of Wakefield and the cherished grandmother of Meghan and Paul McGrann and Nicholas and Alexandria Biberger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday, April 14th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main Street, Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Wednesday, April 13th from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
