Obituary

Concetta "Connie" D. Ofcharsky passed away on December 12, 2016. She was 96 years old.

Connie was a lifelong resident of Malden. She was a sales associate for Almy's department store in Revere for many years and loved traveling with her husband.

Connie was the beloved wife of over 60 years to the late Jacob Ofcharsky. She was the loving mother of Edward Ofcharsky and his wife Patricia of Wakefield, Maryann Ayers and her husband Robert of Sunapee, NH and Deborah Ofcharsky of Malden. Connie was the dear sister of the late Lena Benenato, Jessie Barretto, Mary Ronzio and Guido Castrucci. She was the cherished grandmother of Michael, Nicole, and Julie Ofcharsky, Tara Christie, and Jillian, Carolyn, and Kristin Ayers, and great grandmother of Alexis, Caroline, James, and Ian Christie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday December 15th from 11:00a.m.-12:30p.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 12:30p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
