Obituary

Catherine (Teta) Cucinotta passed away on November 30, 2008. She was 95 years old.

Born in Boston, Catherine grew up in East Boston and was a resident of Malden for 80 years. She was married to Frank Cucinotta, her husband of 75 years and was an avid Red Sox fan.

Catherine was the mother of Peter Cucinotta and his wife Lois of Malden and the late Christine Stevens. She was the sister of the late Thomas, Emil, Nicholas and Joseph Teta, Carmella Zampitella, Rose Minichello and Helen Clifford. Catherine was the cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday, December 4th at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Wednesday, December 3rd from 4-8 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
