Obituary

Arlene C. (Cousins) Topping, a lifelong resident of Malden, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2021. She was 94 years old.

Arlene was the wife of the late William M. Topping. She was the loving mother of William M. Topping Jr. of Malden, Mildred J. Dietz and her husband William of Everett, Karen M. Dietz and her husband Robert of Lynnfield, Theresa A. McLaughlin and her husband Richard of Everett, and the late Arthur James Topping and Lucille L. Topping. Arlene was the dear sister of Walter Cousins and his wife Linda of Malden, Arthur Cousins of Malden, Eleanor Salipante and her husband Sonny of Tewksbury, and the late Ethel Taylor, Millie Ricigno, and Helen Gordon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday October 1st at 10:30am. Visitation will be held from 9:00am-10:30am prior to the service. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Interment will be in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
