Obituary

Ann C. Ventura passed away at home on August 30, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 67 years old.

Born in East Boston, Ann had been a resident of Peabody for 43 years. She was raised in Malden and attended Malden Public Schools. She worked as an office manager for ADT in Boston for several years and loved gardening.

Ann was the beloved wife of Alessio "Al" Ventura for 36 years. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Fagone) Marinelli. Ann was the dear sister of Toni Giannattasio and her husband Mike, Marianne Connors and her husband Joe, Dorothy Driscoll and her husband Dan, Frances Kelly and her late husband James, Joanne Gasparello and the late Andrew Marinelli and the dear sister-in-law of Flora Ventura. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her beloved pets Frankie, Joey, Heidi and Michelle.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden on Saturday, September 8th at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
