Obituary

Alice T. (DiRocco) Chmielewski passed away on March 23, 2011. She was 93 years old.

Born in Boston, Alice grew up in Walpole and Somerville and later resided in Cape Cod, Destin, FL and Derry, NH. She was a loving mother to everyone she knew.

Alice was the devoted wife of 59 years to the late Anthony J. Chmielewski Sr. She was the beloved mother of Anthony Chmielewski Jr. and his wife Donna of Idaho and Ann Milana and her husband Larry of Derry, NH. Alice was the dear sister of Angelina Kelleher and the late Mary Matarazzo, Helen Giusti and Anthony DiRocco. She was a cherished grandmother to Teri Sebastian, Tina Chmielewski, Toni Ann (Milana) Ridge, Gina Marie Milana and Giuseppe Milana. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday, March 28th at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Sunday, March 27th from 3-7 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Derry, NH.
